According to my calculations, through 14 weeks of sales in 2018, the Sony PlayStation 4, Microsoft Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch sold through approximately 22.75848%, 19.526976%, and 17.467683% of their final yearly totals, respectively. If those percentages hold for this year as well, all three systems will conclude 2019 with the following, respective totals:

PlayStation 4: 14,244,119

Xbox One: 5,213,147

Nintendo Switch: 21,027,088
