I weigh 75 kg(165 pounds) and 1.80 m(5'11") and my Vegan diet is working for me.
Most people that are not Vegan weigh a lot more than I do.
I am proof that my diet works for me, I only listen to Vegan You tubers for diet advice.A low fat diet is far better for health than a high protein diet.

I found by adopting a whole foods, unprocessed Vegan diet, nuts and beans are my sources of protein are better for health than eating dairy/meat.
Vegetables are low in sugar, low in fat and high in minerals and vitamins and fibre that are needed to maintain health.
Fruit are mainly water, minerals, vitamins, fibre and natural unprocessed sugar.
Does anyone believe fried chicken/fish/eggs and steaks are better for health than fresh salad ,steamed vegetables with rice and beans?
A kilogram of steak is better for health than a kilogram of bananas?
