If the PS4 wins this gen, consoles will become obsolete

Why is that? I waited two years to get my PS3.  Got the 80 GB CECHKxx version (non back compat phat) when it was like $499.  Still bought PS4 day one and PS4 Pro Day one.  

At least the PS3 was very powerful when came out and there wasnt a stupid Pro version
