I voted underrated. I still play this game while certain elements like story telling are very outdated it's exploration based level design and incredibly fast paced gameplay still make it fun to play now I recently got the HD version for switch. Also a lot has been made of the fog but no one brings up that goldeneyes jungle level looked far worse.
