Not according to Nintendo. I'd have to dig for the exact number, but if I remember correctly they said that Switch games available at retail have about a 30% digital ratio. It helps that their games are mostly also much smaller in installation size, generally under 10 GB, thus being able to install a surprising amount of games on just a 64GB SD card, for instance.

OK the 30 % is about right, but at the same time ps4 ratio is up to 50 % (the end 2017)
