With Xcloud, Stadia and PS Now he wouldn't have to decide which games get installed on the limited HDD and he wouldn't have to go through install and update processes. The Stream would start an already updated version of the game instantly.

I wouldn't trade ownership and being able to play offline just to avoid having to install games.
