Wait, did someone say this is better than a console? Lol.

Not for you or me. But for many it will be better. Alone the pick up and play with whatever device (with Chrome on it) will it make ten times better for many people who are currently non-gamers or sporadical gamers. The hardware will allow for new gaming experiences and the option for multiplayer were actually impressive. So yes, we two will stay with traditional consoles for the time being, but face it: the majority of people is not playing video games currently, but I think at least half of the people would play video games if it matched certain criterias. Stadia pushes the boundary and therefore will reach new customers.

How true is that, though? Every market has a certain limit, and customers have one too. Either time, money or interest will limit how much a single market can grow, and at that point. How much can this branch of gaming grow before diminishing returns set in? How many people are satisied with just mobile games or casual PC games, and thus have no interest in this service? Stadia aims to bring AAA experiences to every platform they can, but those offers may only interest a certain demographic, one that is already quite crowded and also is, in the eyes of many, becoming stale.

You know it deserves the GOTY.
