I mean legally on Switch ... Nintendo probably would never allow it because they won't get any revenue from it.
But Homebrewed Switch systems? Yeah probably they'll find a way to do it if you really want.
That said, I mean you'd probably be better off using a regular tablet with a better display than 720p. You should still be able to use your Joycons as it seems like the Google service just recognizes almost any kind of controller input.
