So I started to play this game again yesterday. I haven’t touched it since I beat Ganon somewhere in spring 2017 (in my part of the world spring that year came mid May, we had snow in the beginning of May that year :P ).
I did not restart the game, I just picked up where I left off (some 98 shrines in and maybe 200 korok seeds and about 90 unfinished side quests :P ). I did download the DLC. Back then after I beat Ganon I felt finished with the game and kind of fatigued with it, no matter how good I think it is.
And man, starting to play the game again, I realize how damn good the game is. Now I’ll probably poure several more hours into it just trying to find the last shrines, finish off some side quests and completing the master trails.
