100% agree. PC market has the most competition. I remember hearing awhile back that indie devs, though still releasing on pc and ps4, are finding that Switch and even Xbox sometimes result in better sales due to less competition.

I very much doubt that good indie games are selling better on Xbox One or even PS4 than PC. I think the problem is that PC as a platform is something where when a game gets big, whether it's indie or not, it snowballs and becomes really big. But there's a lot of competition. So as ironic as it is to say, there's kind of a "hierarchy" in the indie scene where a lot of indie games get really big on PC, but the less recognized ones tend to sell better on something like Switch. That's why a lot of AA (something like Subnautica which is basically an indie) or indie titles become huge on Steam. And if you look at something like Hollow Knight, the support between Switch and PC was so good that development of the sequel is prioritized entirely on those two platforms. IIRC the last time they gave a split, PC was at 1 million and Switch was at 250k in 2 weeks. So Switch is selling way faster, but PC still has a lot of sales.
