Digital Anvil, Ensemble Studios, FASA Studios, Press Play, Lionhead...
RARE i not the same developer it used to be.
I think the biggest losses for me personally as a PC gamer has actually been Digital Anvil followed by Ensemble Studios, they both made some of my favorite games of all time.
