Sometimes the best information is the information you don't have, but should.
For PSVR, Sony hasn't announced it's sold 4 million units, so I can only assume it hasn't reached that threshold. So let's assume it hasn't. I don't believe for one second that if you told Sony in 2015 that the VR headset they were developing was going to have less than 4 million in sales after 2 years on the market, and that sales number would be a market leader by a wide margin that they wouldn't have pulled the plug on the spot. Almost half of all PSVR sales have come during holiday sales when it's $200 - which Sony could very well be losing money on. VR as a whole has performed well below what analysts have expected. It's not close to mainstream. Developer support has dwindled to niche specialty studios and Sony for the most part. We have studios like Codemasters that made a Dirt Rally VR Mode, but have decided to pass on developing a VR mode for Dirt Rally 2.0 so I can only assume that Codies decided it wasn't worth the effort. It just isn't going well. PSVR is following the same path as the Vita, and we all know how well that went.
For PS4 Pro - it had a strong start. Sony was more than happy to talk about its attach ratio and total sales, and it's been radio silence ever since. It's come to my attention that it's selling at about 1 to 4 vs PS4 sales in Japan. That is literally all we know. How many units has PS4 Pro sold worldwide? No one has any idea besides Sony, and Sony isn't telling. To me that says that Sony doesn't think the numbers are good enough to inspire investor confidence. Now, maybe I'm wrong and they're over the moon about PS4 Pro sales, but from what I've seen, it doesn't appear that way, since you know, Sony likes to put a spotlight on the things they're proud of, and they're not exactly shining a light on the Pro either.
