It's definitely not a premium experience, but they aren't charging premium dollars.  I happily paid the measly $35 for the yearly family plan.  It costs more to stop at a fast food place for a shit lunch or to see an hour and a half movie at a theater.

I can play Monster Hunter to my hearts content...maybe toss some Kart, Smash or Splatoon into the mix.  I'm happy as a clam, if clams are indeed happy.

Anything else they toss in beyond that is just peachy.

Someone mentioned the OS as a detractor of the overall experience.  I think that that's all subjective and up to personal preference, not necessarily that there is anything wrong or bad about it.  Personally, I love the ui's no frills look and functionality.  It's simple, clean and fast.  I do miss some of the social aspect that WiiU had built in, and would like to see better communication options, ala xbl.

The e-shop could use some work, also.  Feels messy compared to the rest of the ui (ie. too busy) and not well organized.

I seriously hope you mean fast food for a whole family, if not poor you xD
