About the piracy stuff though... Brazil didn`t see official release of PS1 and PS2, so all our bootlegged consoles were actually accounted in USA because that was where grey market picked them at the time to sell through Paraguay, modded in Brazil and sold to customers.
So in the end RotW is even bigger and USA smaller.
And even though piracy helped PS1 and PS2 exposition in 3rd world, on total amount of piracy you can bet USA and Europe had more than South America, and even without piracy they would have won (as shown by PS3 and PS4) just would have sold considerably less. Mind you that other consoles also had piracy as well.
