If Switch is a hybrid of the two surely, then it should be flourishing more in terms of shelf space? At this point if switch has the games and we aren't seeing them on shelves then there is a serious distribution issue of physical games here.

Shelf space in your local store doesn't equal game library especially in a day and age where the are more digital sales and online stores like Amazon, what is more accurate is if we look at games in the actual library.

If a person walks into a dedicated game store and sees the competition flourishing and the other not, I know what I am buying.
You have just answered it, clearly Nintendo to tight arse for me to have access to physical games if I have to rely on digital catalogues.
