Like discussed a couple days ago, I'll check here how much the different versions of the consoles are selling. So without further ado:

Hardware revision shares:

PS4:

Slim: 20+82+175+24=301 55%
Pro: 38+170+38=246 45%

Xbox One:

S: 6+120+14=140 40.4%
X: 104+102+1=207 59.6%

Slim+S 441/Pro+X 453 49.3%/50.7%

It looks like the mid-gen upgrade is now making up about half of the sales of PS4 and XBO combined, with the Pro still a bit below the Slim, but the X selling considerably better than the S. Let's see if this will be a trend or just a result for today with no connection to the general trend.

During the holidays both the XBO and PS4 were up YOY revenue wise even though sales were down by a lot. The holidays are known for people going with the cheaper model so XBO and PS4 having 45-60% of sales coming from the premium model in January makes a lot of sense.

I agree.

The question is though, will this just be for January or will we have a similar ratio throughout the year? Hence why I'll do this every day on Symbios' numbers and see where the ratio is going to and at what speed
