Those posts show that you are partially right and partially wrong, so they aren't the material with which you can claim a victory. Except against the very worst of predictors, but that's nothing special.

Also, you'd be better off by naming names, because based on your two posts in this thread it isn't clear what exactly you expect and from whom.
