Any food that can last for abit, Id make sure to get lots of, just incase the transition periode doesnt go to smoothly. Same with medicine, if your dependent on something, stockpile abit of it, just to be on the safe side. |
Afaik the UK government is already stockpiling medicine for months just to be on the safe side there.
