As Beloved Leader’s Shutdown stands poised to become the longest one ever, I am reminded of his empty promise that the Wall would be built in his first 100 days and that Mexico would pay for it directly and entirely.

But despite controlling the House, Senate and Oval Office for two years, the self-proclaimed “dealmaker” couldn’t be assed to roll out of bed and get anything done. Unsurprisingly, with his work “ethic” of taking as many vacations as possible and sleeping through meetings, he is so unaccomplished that that he single-handedly debunked the notion of “the government that governs least governs Best”. Turns out it just governs least, and in his case, badly at that.

Three shutdowns on his watch, no wall, and now he’s throwing a tantrum because no one will allow West Koreans to put a down payment on his useless vanity project that should have been completed by now. This is not due to his opponents, but his failure to lead when his Party had the votes and influence to get it done. That time has passed.

Where’s your crown, King Nothing?
