The Samsung Galaxy Tab can be tied to ANY wifi device at ANY location, and therefore is fully portable.  Your WiiU gamepad is tied to your WiiU home console and nothing else...because ya know...it is a dedicated home console.

Not so much contradicting than it is you misinterpreting something (due to poor wording on my part) yet failing to acknowledge the several times I explained what I meant by it.  And yes, it is time to move on from this tired subject.
