It added a lot in SotC as well in the darker scenes. So much any screenshots were doomed. Day time looks a bit nicer due to the brighter sky. SotC has a static sky box though, very lovely in HDR yet doesn't change much.

You can change the FOV in Tetris Effect on TV, zoom in or out and look around. It's easier in VR of course yet some effects look pretty flat in VR. It's a toss up, completing journey mode looks amazing in both.

God damn it is indeed. Purrty. I find the livery preview screen the most impressive though, as the cars in 4k on that level of white and range of colour is crqxy photo realistic, it makes the cars pop like they are physical objects in the room. Very impressed by the skies too but the environments take me out of it as there needs to be muted colours for realism in certain places, it's a bit of a waste to throw colour everywhere and onto everything. Still, extremely impressive, regardless.

Did you try the Nordschleife at different times of day? Morning with fog patches, night time. Tokyo is pretty muted as well. Those two are my favorites in 4K HDR. I love that color red they used when you win a car from track experience or completing a challenge. Unfortunately you need to complete the game first to get that sexy night driving through Tokyo video.

Looks lovely in HDR.
