Yeah, it's different. It's different by being better.

I would be fine with that. But I think the games should be built in somehow or bundle it with a Vita cart that has the games. Basically dont make it online required.

That's fair. I don't think a Vita cart would be acceptable for the amount of storage, though, so they would have to be preloaded.

 

And while online shouldn't be required, it should definitely be encouraged. Heck, I think that, for at least the preloaded titles, Sony should add in Trophy Support.
