Some guys remain single by choice because it is easier!

The reasons are many, but these are probably the top 3:

* Homosexuality is probably the most common reason, traditionally.

* Immaturity/infantilism is probably the most common reason today. A lot of the single men I see are those who are still very childish and lacking assertiveness, lack inspiring traits, ambition, self-reliance, etc... While there's the occasional woman who will be interested in taking on the role a grown man's mother, this is probably not very common, and not healthy. I see the "women are only interested in money" excuse, but the acquisition of money is a very common side effect of the traits I mentioned. Even well-off guys are not getting women if they lack ambition; yet, even very poor guys who have these traits have little issue getting women. Most women I know are not going to be interested in guys who are significantly less well adjusted to adulthood; they are looking for lovers, not man-children to adopt. The giving up on women that these men do are largely a side effect on giving up on being an adult in general. They might join the ranks of MRAs and incels just to have an excuse.

* General creepiness, a lot of guys are just creepy and negative people. Not only do women generally avoid these sorts, but everyone does. These are the sort that usually fill the ranks of incels and MRAs. Generally nasty people.

* Low sex drive is a potential fourth reason, but honestly: I know of no one who falls into this category.

 

In short, the main reason for guys "rejecting" women is actually the other way around. (Homosexuality/non-sexuality aside) It's largely an excuse that they adopt in order to avoid the truth that natural selection has rejected them.
