Quality can be very subjective obviously but for me, Fallout 4 is by far the best of all.
I love the Fallout franchise and played it from the start (including the tactics) and while Fallout 76 is disappointing (still spending a lot of time playing it 
); I was hoping for it to become one of the best game of the series knowing that it was so closely tied to Fallout 4 engine... But well... Some choices from Behesda did not make it happen, starting with the weird no-NPC thing :(
