No.  These women's allegations were only thrown out last minute as a stalling tactic.  However, they did a thorough background check of the people he knew from back then.  I'm sure if he was a serial rapist, that would have been found out.  Also, serial rapist don't just stop because they graduate high school. 

It's the exact same thing they pulled on Clarence Thomas.  Fortunately, I don't think it will work this time, either.
