They already have a DLC plan, I think they should end it there and start working on the Sequel for PS5.
Just imagine how much more awesome it'll be with a more realistic density of cars and pedestrians made possible by next gen console's power. I want that early on in the PS5's generation and that one they can keep adding stuff to for the rest of the generation.
