Hmmm. To be fair, humankind has been paying for sex for ages to not reproduce. It's literally referred to as the world's oldest profession. Now that may not be true, but......it's up there. At the very least, it's a commonly held belief. Just google "world's oldest profession, and your screen will be filled with prostitutes and prostitution. :)
