May mean a lot to you, but some people won't care about saving 40 dollars on a game they'll never find time to play. The whole concept and idea of having these games on Switch is for people who are out and busy a lot. If you have enough time to sit at home and play these games, then I'm not sure why you're using yourself as an example.

I game 3 to 4 hours sat and sun morn.  During the week I am only able to find about an hour to an hour and a half in the morning if I wake up at 3 am and stop around 4:20 am.  As far as console gaming goes, thats about all I can find time for, and that is IF I can pull myself out of bed.  After I get home from work at 3 pm, I spend my time with my kids and family.  The only gametime I get in the evenings is a few random rounds of Fortnite with my stepson.

Believe me, the Switch's portability benefits me greatly.

Based on those numbers it would probably take you at least 10 weeks just to finish a playthrough of Persona 5. By then Dragon Quest XI, Spider-Man, Xenoblade 2 expansion and several other games would be out, just a month before Red Dead 2.
Not even getting started on everything Monster Hunter World has to do, plus you bought 2 other rather large games, plus as you mentioned a huge backlog. Good luck.
