You are applying it to a human context though. When we apply the term “rape” in human context to the animal kingdom it gets much more fucked up, right?

Don't conflate two separate issues. That would be a logical fallacy and thus erroneous.

Why more common in birds? That doesn’t seem weird to you? Gay penguins might win hearts but I don’t think it proves anything personally. They might really believe they are mating lol. It’s not a hallmark movie it’s just a couple of dumb birds.

Doesn't prove anything? Are you serious? It completely proves that my assertions are correct.
And no. It's not weird that it may be more common in some species than others, there are evolutionary, social, environmental, biological pressures at play.

If you are going to delve into goal post shifting logical fallacies, then you have already lost any credibility with this topic, it's as simple as that.

Logical fallacies? How are they separate? Rape has a basic definition too. In a human context it means something different. It’s not “rape” in the animal kingdom just as it’s not “homosexuality” because of a few anomalies. That’s just my opinion.

Yes I’m serious, I’m not convinced. I never claimed to have any credibility on this issue. I already said I don’t know. I have no idea why lol. I don’t think you are right either though. I haven’t looked into it aside from a few links people have replied with. I’m just sharing my opinion.
