The kiss only bothered me because I don't like romance in games. That's all. I like when games are kept more pure and naive than other media like films and TV, I mean, just want gameplay, action, friendship and fight against evil. The simple stuff.

Since it's a gay kiss, before someone calls me homophobic, misogynist, rapist, racist, global warming denier and Trump lover, I guess I have to say that I didn't mean I don't like romance because the example was a gay one, I just said romance in general. I absolutely don't dislike romance in games only when it's between two girls.

You might be playing the wrong franchise, mate. TLoU has quite a few layers to it, you "can't" sit back and relax in the TLoU, it's a bit of a downer most of the time.

OT: The video was great, touched on some topics I was aware and others that I was not. I think the weakest point if the nadine + chloe ship. It's just a fan ship (even if it comes from a dev), it happens so much in popular media. Look at naruto and sasuke, they have no romantic love for one another but they get shipped a lot.

The strongest point was definitely the PSX panel host. I knew who she was but had no idea she was gay or that she was barely a gamer. It makes so much more sense to find a person, regardless of race, gender or sexual orientation, whose a good presenter, interviewer and has good knowledge of the game and industry.

I personally still don't care much for it all and the kiss didn't bug me but I can agree that it was outplace and meaningless. I don't really think about agendas in video games but I can see how some fans can find these things as very distracting or in your face. I hope the game does not suffer from it, I hope druckmann and the team have some restraint when implementing some relevant social topics. They've done expertly before. Still very much looking forward to the game
