Actually the issue is worser than that. It´s at a global level critical security flaw related with it´s Nvidia tegra processor and the Spectre and Meltdown. This can´t be fixed with any patch. It´s adressed at the cpu harware and cannot be repaired in any way. Actually I´m very surprised that info like this related to Switch came after quite sometime. What I´m trying to say is that I really doubt that Mario Odissey is the problem but the whole system itself. A switch connected to the internet could be easily been hacked theorically in many ways that includes camera and mic. If parents are concerned by this I wouldn´t uyt them a Switch in first place. But the same case is with smartphones and tablets. Bill Gates and the passed away controversial mogul Steve Jobs forbid these devices to their children for a reason. In any case search for meltdown and spectre and visit nvidia for further suupport.
