It's still a dull movie made for Star Wars fanatics, the actual story and character there is not very interesting. I think it probably would've done better had it released this Christmas, but not *that* much better.
Star Wars works as a giant space opera with multiple characters when it's spaced out 2-3 years apart.
Star Wars doesn't work as a yearly franchise, it doesn't have enough appeal to non-nerds.
