This is a wicked weird game from Grasshopper (oxymoron i know)
You do very little direct gameplay. You aren't even technically controlling the main character. You play as yourself, a person using the DS to interact with the main character of the game has he goes off on a quest at the behest of strange scientist who directly speaks to you at points.
Combat plays out like Diablo combat if it was automatic. So you just basically tell your dude where to move. He takes care of the rest.
In many ways this game is in fact not fun, but it sucked me in enough to play through the story's bizarre twists and supremely Meta ending.
I fully recommend it to anyone with a lot of patience and an interest into something very different.
