Sony by far.
Xbox never listened until they fell from complacency and are still having a tough time do so, even though they've really started to and are upping their game in this respect.
Nintendo keep their software prices too high and prioritize innovation over consumer feedback, contently making horrible decision against it.
Sony only fail to respond to customer feedback when the costumers don't understand the negative impact as well as they do, do example cross platform play and things that is very hard for them to address such as changing user names but even then they listen and explain and in the case of name changing may actually have found away around it with it becoming a possibility because of the response from fans.
