There is a possibility in that direction, and we will achieve smaller chip in 2019. 7 nm is super small and it will fit PS4 APU into small device like Switch. Power consumption also will be easy and small because of die size.
PS4 portable are more like PS4 slim but with portable aspect . It doesn't need exclusives, it just play the same games but with portability.
