That means that select physical games aren't included either then. Only "full games" are located in that ratio.

Well, those are games that I assume were originally digital only before getting a physical release. In any case, I'm still 100% physical myself, and to be honest if future consoles become digital-only I probably won't buy them until they can be exploited so I can pirate the games, since I don't want to pay money for digital copies.
