See what you gotta do is find yourself a girl online. Have a long distance relationship of the sort. You tell her that since there is distance she can go get some with other people, on the one condition that you watch.
That solves the OPs problem of watching porn, since the conditions of said spank material is not bad and and does not raise her desire to commit suicide, nor decrease her life expectancy.
It also solves the problem of the intimacy, since after she does the dead you both can be nice and caring to each other. You will also feel as if you earned it because you worked hard to arrange all this happening (and earned her trust and all that yada yada yada)
It also solves the problem of respecting women since she is your girlfriend and you respect her.
