To be fair to Spencer, while I don't think he's the greatest to lead the way, it's not entirely his fault. Xbox just isn't the biggest concern for MS. As we enter the next gen, I think they will definitely give it a decent push (as well as ignore their generationless talk from a year or two ago), but if the same fate befalls the XB2, there's a good shot they may shelve the HW division of Xbox. Well, I'd imagine they'll still make controllers for PC.
