I'd make games like Classic Harvest Moon, Skyrim, and something new like an open-world RPG where you have to travel to the past, present and future to try to save the world as best as possible. There wouldn't be a "Perfect ending" as many choices cause people in different time lines to never be born, or maybe saving a princess in the past causes the kingdom to become peaceful and then falls to an enemy years later, where as if the princess isn't saved the kingdom goes on a warpath and becomes an empire in the future.
