If the news was about americans being behinde a "hit" of some double agent, the comments in the forum would most likely be like "glad they got him" ect.

Not if it was a double agent that retired 10 years ago and his daughter.  (I had the impression that the daughter was also specifically targeted, or was she collateral damage?) 

I mean I don't even know how you square "why are they saying russia is a bad guy" with "well of course it's obvious russia did it, the whole point was to make a horrible example of him".  You make Putin sound like a mob boss. 

The thing is its not just Russia that does acts like these.

Im pretty sure the USA has done lots of them too, they just arrange for accidents / stuff that can be explained away.
Why is russia the bad guy, if isreal/usa/france/UK ect all do the same thing?

Is it the fact that they did it in such a obvious manner? is it better if its not done in a obvious manner?
