We had Persona Q on 3DS and we're getting the next Shin Megami Tensei on Switch so I don't see the exclusivity of Persona to PS as being anything very solid. I think P5 is very likely on Switch ... in fact, I've been holding off playing it on PS4 because that's where I want to play it. After what Persona 4 Golden almost did for the Vita, there's strong logic for porting it.
There's been a lot of optimistic talk about Final Fantasy XV but I'd be very surprised, unless it's some version of the Pocket Edition. The thing is, a lot of the actual ports for the Switch have been surprising: Skyrim, Doom, now Pillars of Eternity II. So it's difficult to be sure what we can genuinely rule out.
I think that Diablo III would be a very cool port. Anything where you can grind on your own then link up to another Switch for ad-hoc co-op would be great and there's a lot of inventory time in that game that makes it rather impractical for two players on a single screen.
