I play multiplats on my PS4 and that's were i'm getting Dark Souls.
Besides, playing Dark Souls on the go doesn't really appeal to me, it's not the type of game i like to play on a portable and without constant internet connection there won't be any co-op, ghosts, invasions and messages.
60 FPS is a huge difference, i want to experience Blighttown at more than the 10 fps of the PS3 version.
Also i still have like 5 JRPGs left to play on my 3DS so all my "on the go" gaming time is taken.
