only proof of experience. but there is a reason, for example, the fat acceptance movement focuses 99% on women, because women seem to feel entitled to men's attention and attraction. And you can see the reaction on social media whenever a man says something about a woman's looks, yet no one cares about women doing the same to men. This image sums it up well
