Well even if you just compared switch to the 3ds without including the Wii u its not up so my statement is correct. Ps4 is bucking the trend. 

 

It's both though. The Switch as a portable is down but as a home console it's up. You can't just say Oh but even if you just compare ot to 3ds & it's down.
