What the f is that supposed to mean? The whole think is very sketchy, they had good reasons to remove this "game", because at the end of the day, it's their store, they do what they want.

It's just cultural differences. Moe is a big aspect in Japan and has nothing to do with pedophilia. You could even describe "cute little girls" as a genre over there. Because who doesn't like cute children doing cute things? Some of the best animes out there are "cute girls doing cute things". There is nothing sketchy about it.
