How can you draw that conclusion without any evidence?

I really think that Nintendo games are just considered by a majority of reviewers better. It's not like they're lying or purposely being less critical. Lol.

Evidence on what?

It doest feels a lot less critical, even if there is critic it doesn't reflect on the scores (like Bethesda last gen), and like Zelda we aren't seeing any of the clear "I want it to drop" reviews., that even ND and Blizzard games are getting recently, and I pretty much expect to see on Rockstar games too, the only other one still not affected by it (well, they take a lot of time to release each game).

Again, it does look good, like Zelda did (Zelda a lot more, IMO, I'm a RPG/Adventure guy), but it still surprises me the way some Switch games are getting out of it, as the Wii U didn't, for example.

Don't want to drag this thread the wrong way, people should enjoy it, so take it to my wall or PM me if you want to.

I don't really see your point. You're saying it's less critical but that's what happens when people think games are amazing, or better than other games ... there's less to critic.

There are very, very, very few games I'd give a 9/10 for instance. And even less games that are a 9/10, but have many criticable flaws.

Honestly ... Naughty Dog deserved to get that critique, it was their 5th uncharted game and 2nd this gen, whereas BOTW and Odyssey are completely unique in their self respective genres. If Skyward Sword 2 released, i'd probably get a 8 from IGN max, but of course it didn't, so all we have to go by is .... an innovative game that most people consider a masterpiece.

Just feels wrong that you were accusing flashfire of being too defensive of microsoft but now that Nintendo has the preferred games you call reviewers out for something that's not really there. *Every* Triple A game deserves more criticism, to be quite honest.
