This is not to downplay Forza Horizon 3's sales but I agree that it's odd to point out that GT games are bundled a lot and then ignore that it's difficult to buy an Xbox One S in Europe where Forza Horizon 3 isn't included.
For instance, we have UK where Forza Horizon 3 has very healthy numbers. Amazon UK offers 15 different Xbox One S bundles and 10 of these include Forza. Of the 5 bundles without Forza, only 1 is sold directly by Amazon.

OT: I'll happily be proven wrong but I don't think GTS will manage 13 mill physical sales. Probably closer to GT5 Prologue's 5.4 mill. Gran Turismo 7 will probably do around 10 mill unless it releases as a PS4 exclusive AFTER the launch of PS5 -___-
