Knowingly exposing another person to any disease is an atrocious act. You are exposing them to something that could either kill them or dramatically decrease their quality of life. Laws should not become more lenient for those exposing others to harmful diseases, whether it be HIV or something else. Wilfully putting someone in a position in which you can infect them without letting them know the risks is psychotic.
