I wouldn't call it impossible... but it's very improbable for sure. 100 millions in that timeframe would already be a major achievement (afaik only PS2 and DS reached this in that timeframe - and both managed to sell 150M consoles in the end!), and with the stock issues not helping to make it even possible, I don't really see this coming.

However, the Switch is very popular in most regions, especially in the US and Japan, and with it's growing library of great games (and especially exclusives) that's not going to end anytime soon. In fact, it seems to me rather that europe is slowly warming up more to the hybrid console, and with China and South Korea possibly giving another push it's sales will be fantastic.

The fact that Nintendo is also making Smartphone games can also be an additional push for the Switch - I'm pretty sure quite a few who only grew up with Smartphone games are getting interested in the console purely due to the quality of Nintendos Smartphone games and want to see what a dedicated console could do.

TL;DR: Impossible, no - Improbable yes. But never bet against Nintendo
