That is the slidesloope that will lead to apologetics that claim "comunism was never attempted, so you can't say it gone wrong"

Well true commuism is pretty much unopotainable.  The end goal of the Soviet Union was to eventually transform towards true commuism but it collapesed long before even comming close and in the end capitalism won.

First I see unopotainable and thought it was my lack of vocabulary, but the meaning seemed close to unobtainable, is that it?

But yes you are right that "real comunism" is unatainable, but even the though of "forcing everyone to be equal" is also wrong... but the phrase in itself is that it's wrong to forcibly take something from someone and give another just that everyone have the same.

And that is the problem and criticism... there wasn't due process. The guy was immediately fired.

Yes, but is it news.  In other words, people get wrongful termination all the time.  Its up to the person who got fired to go through the process.  In some states, a company can fire you for anything, there needs be no reason.  This guy could have been easily setup and depending on the state it really doesn't matter.  The thing is, whether the company did a due process or not really depends on the state and the company policy within their employee handbook.  In the end, not sure if this is news or even new.

No it isn't new... but the comment and spin is valid... if someone complained in the school that a teacher was mocking the heritage of Red necks, KKK, Confederates and etc, the person would probably be told "to fuck off". But in this case just a miss report with ill intetions warranted a summary termination.

Yes companies doesn't need to give a reason in Brazil as well (but several cases this type of termination gets invalidated), but when you do give a reason and it seems like any type of prosecution than you may have an issue with the termination.

And even thought companies can fire without "reason" there is always a reason, unless the boss is completely obtuse no one fire an employee just for pleasure because that will have an impact on the business... so any inteligent firing have to weight pros and cons, impacts before decided.
